不建议把SCMP放入这个行列，毕竟不翻墙是看不了的，它的地位和影响力和其他不在另一个量级；再者香港还有RTHK、HKFP、The Standard等本地英文媒体，另外澳门也有几家英文媒体。

外宣做的好的比如俄罗斯RT，伊朗的Press TV，会觉得和西方的新闻台没什么两样。而中国的英文频道成天自娱自乐，提倡用中国视角讲述中国故事。浓浓的中国外宣说教味，老外很反感这个的。
